Anodized colored stainless steel is a high-end decorative metal material produced by advanced electrochemical anodizing technology. Different from paint spraying, electroplating and PVD coating, its colored oxide layer grows integrally with the stainless steel substrate instead of simply attaching to the surface. It combines the high strength and excellent corrosion resistance of stainless steel with rich customizable metallic colors, making it the preferred metal material for high-end indoor and outdoor decoration.
Production Principle
Through controllable anodizing reaction in electrolyte solution, we accurately adjust voltage, temperature and processing time to form a dense, uniform and transparent oxide film on the stainless steel surface. Based on the thin-film light interference principle, different film thicknesses present pure metallic colors such as champagne gold, rose gold, bronze, matte black and sapphire blue. After sealing and curing treatment, the color is permanently locked, and the substrate is fully protected against fading, rust and corrosion.
